At DTJ Entertainment, our mission is to provide a platform for talented individuals and teams to showcase their talents through live competitions, talent shows, and other special events. 

COMPETITION WILL TAKE PLACE -

We strive to provide our participants  free space to express themselves through the performing and visual arts, as well as competitive sports.

Our team is passionate about the performing and visual arts. 

We work tirelessly to ensure that our competitions, events, and showcases are fair and filled with excitement.

The Date of The Lets Get Sturdy Competition is 4th Saturday in June 2025 

Our CEO / Owner Derek Jones, whose a lifelong educator, is excited to find out which school and borough has to best sturdy dance team in NYC and that's how 

"Lets Get Sturdy NYC was born. 

Teams that qualify to compete will be featured in the "Lets Get Sturdy NYC" documentary.

After being told that he has a special way of bringing Joy to children and making children laugh by parents and teachers, Assistant Principal Derek Trevor Jones aka Mr. Jones decided to pursue his passion for entertaining children and "Mr. Jones Is In The House was born. Its on Youtube! For Now!!

Our team of writers is made up of passionate and knowledgeable individuals who are dedicated to bringing you the best content on the web. They come from a variety of backgrounds and bring a unique perspective to everything they write. From film critics to music journalists, we have it all.
